Children need to move to learn! SPARC recognises the importance of movement for children, especially in their early years. Active Movement is an initiative that encourages parents/caregivers and early childhood educators to provide quality movement opportunities for children aged 0-5 years. Activity ideas that can be incorporated into everyday learning experiences can be found in SPARC’s series of Active Movement resources.
