Sophie Foster, BA(Hons), LTCL, Dip EC, Dip Suzuki Music Pedagogy

Early in 2007 we welcomed Sophie Foster back to the Brainwave committee.  Sophie was one of the original members of Brainwave & is currently the Director of Jumping Beans International, which she & Jerome Hartigan established in 1988. In the past few years she has been busy building Jumping Beans into an International company & co-writing an insprational book called “Move Baby Move”. 
Sophie sits on several other child advocacy committees including the Active Movement Advisory Group, the Infant Mental Health Association of Aotearoa NZ, the World Organization for Early Childhood Education (Auckland) and the National Speakers Association of New Zealand.
Sophie is a member of the Global Children’s Liberation Movement.  Her goal in life is to empower parents to raise happy, healthy and confident kids for the peaceful and sustainable future of our planet
